CREDIT CARD POLICY Back to Top We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card, and Discover credit cards. We also accept payment in the form of a money order, cashiers or certified check. We will ship to any address you specify however, CREDIT CARD ORDERS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE 'BILL TO' ADDRESS OF THE CREDIT CARD. Sports 'n More utilizes the Address Verification System to protect our customers. If the credit card number does not match the name and address where the bill is mailed we reserve the right to refuse the order. Normally we do not charge your card until your order is shipped. We verify your card and this process reduces your credit limit, for up to 10 days, by the amount of your order.

Though we try to keep our most popular
items in stock, Sports 'n More has limited inventory to help cut overhead and
save our customers money.
From our offices in Scottsville, Virginia UPS Ground service takes
approximately 2 - 3 days for locations on the East Coast, 3 - 4 Days for the
Midwest, and 5 - 7 days to Texas and states west of the Rockies. 2nd Day Air
means shipment will arrive two days after date the order is processed (i.e.
item is shipped on Tuesday - will arrive on Thursday). UPS does not count
weekend days as part of delivery time (a 2nd Day shipment made on a Friday
would not arrive until Tuesday).

Sports 'n More is pleased to offer our customers, what we consider to be, the
widest selection of top quality sports equipment on the web. We purchase direct
from most of our vendors and have been provided some of the best dealer pricing
available. However, we are in the business to make money and have priced all of
our items at levels we feel are very competitive and fair to our customers and
will permit Sports 'n More to remain fiscally sound so we can continue to serve
you for years to come.

Sports 'n More retains the right to
refuse the fulfillment of any order we feel is not valid. We take many
precautions to prevent the illegal use of credit cards and will not ship to
parties that we think are involved in fradulent use of currency or credit
cards.
Sports 'n More also retains the right to adjust shipping & handling cost
accordingly if the order is outside of our normal weight/dimension standards.
Any adjustment would have to be approved by the customer.

guarantee the immediate availability of everything for many times the

your order or, if you desire, keep your order active for shipment of the item

INTERNATIONAL & DOMESTIC ORDER POLICY Back to Top
Sports 'n More welcomes orders for
shipment to addresses in the United States, Canada, possessions and territories
of the U.S. and APO and FPO addresses. Domestic US customers can normally
expect their merchandise 7 - 10 days from date of order.
Orders for shipment outside the Domestic US may be subject to additional
handling charges, higher shipping rates, and applicable customs, duties and
taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer.
Sports 'n More only accepts credit cards issued by a U.S. bank. International
customers can mail to us money orders, cashier checks, or certified checks made
out in U.S. funds. Merchandise will not be shipped until payment is received.

PRICING POLICY Back to Top Sports 'n More reserves the right to make adjustments on all prices and products due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisments. Sports 'n More is not responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice.
RETURN POLICY Back to Top
Before returning any product, you must
obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). NO returns, of any type, will be
accepted without an RAN. Please have the following information on hand when
calling for a RAN: customer name, invoice number, item description and nature
of the problem. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the
product. Credit cards will not be credited until Sports 'n More is in possesion
of the item. Customer will be refunded for only the cost of the item. All
shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.
To return an item (in new or like-new condition within 30 days), just complete
the return information form enclosed with your order. Return it with the
merchandise pre-paid (UPS, Federal Express or insured U.S. Parcel Post) to: 320
Valley Street, Scottsville, VA 24590. We will make the necessary adjustments.

Shipments within the continental U.S.
and Canada are made by United Parcel Service's Ground Service.
2nd Day and Next Day Service are only applicable to addresses within the
continental U.S..
Priority Mail may take as long as 7 -10 days for delivery, and there is no
tracking available
International shipping will be done by UPS Wordwide Express. Our rates with UPS
afford reasonable international shipping and permits us to track the package to
your door. International orders normally are received by you 3 - 5 days from
date of shipment.

privacy and therefore do not release your private information to other parties.
We will not sell or provide to anyone your email address, physical address, or
telephone number for use in solicitation.
To guard against credit card fraud, we offer secure online ordering using

cart server is encrypted with industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
technology, which scrambles ordering information so that only your browser and
